Ottipod is a small voice-notes device for your own desk, with an app and a monthly plan. This page is the plain version of how buying it works.
What it is
A pocket-sized device that sits on your desk or clips to your phone and turns what you say into notes in the app: a reminder, a to-do, a question answered. It is made for the person who owns it, the way a smart speaker is.
- A light is on whenever it listens, and one button shuts it off.
- Everything it hears belongs to you: download it or delete it any time from About you in the app.
- It does not record calls, read messages or monitor anyone. Your phone's notifications reach it only if you set that up yourself.
Hardware: built on the M5Stack StickS3 with Ottipod firmware and shell. Software: the Ottipod app at ottipod.ai, which works on any phone.

One month of Basic is included with every pod. Plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled any time; the plan runs to the end of the month already paid. Prices in India include GST.
Shipping and delivery
- India: by courier, 2 to 5 working days from dispatch. Shipping is included.
- Outside India: by express courier, 7 to 12 working days from dispatch. Shipping is shown before you pay; import duties or taxes charged by your country are paid by you unless the checkout says otherwise.
- You get a mail and a notification when the pod ships, with the tracking link, and again when it is delivered.
- We ship to the address given at the time of ordering. Write to us before dispatch to change it.
Refunds and cancellation
- Before it ships: cancel for a full refund, no questions.
- Dead on arrival or faulty within 14 days: we replace it, or refund it in full if you prefer. Write to hello@ottipod.ai with your order number; we may ask for a short video.
- Changed your mind within 14 days: return it in its box, unused, and we refund the pod's price; return shipping is yours.
- Plans: cancel any time from the app. The current month is not refunded; nothing is charged after it.
- Refunds go back the way you paid, within 7 to 10 working days of our confirmation.
